摘 要:为了解决市面上现有抹灰装置上料繁琐、人工劳动力繁重、适应性差、质量效率低下等一系列问题,设计了一种可调式自动抹灰装置。运用SolidWorks对该装置进行了三维结构的设计,并阐述了其基本组成及工作原理。对该装置的执行机构作相关运动分析,进一步阐释执行终端的运动原理。设计的自动抹灰装置较现有抹灰装置而言,可实现两个方向的移动及抹灰动作,移动方便,刚性好,具有一定的抗冲击能力,可解决现有同类装置存在的问题,减轻工人劳动强度,有效提高工作质量及工作效率。In order to solve a series of problems such as cumbersome material loading,heavy labor,poor adaptability,low quality and efficiency of the existing plastering device on the market,an adjustable automatic plastering device was designed.The three-dimensional structure of the device was designed by SolidWorks,and its basic composition and working principle were described.The movement of the actuator of the device was analyzed,and the movement principle of the executive terminal was further explained.Compared with the existing plastering device,the automatic plastering device can realize the movement and plastering action in two directions,which is convenient to move,good rigidity,and has certain impact resistance.It can solve the problems existing in the same kind of equipment,reduce the labor intensity of workers and effectively improve the work quality and work efficiency.
