摘 要:针对挤出机螺纹元件的复杂曲面外形和其使用过程中物理磨损和化学腐蚀等难以准确、快速测量等问题,开发了一种基于3D视觉技术的自动测量系统。该系统使用双机械臂协作,通过双目结构光相机采集深度图像,基于贪婪投影三角化算法把点云拼接、融合得到的螺纹元件的点云模型转化为曲面模型,通过机器视觉算法对螺纹元件局部缺陷以及复杂外形进行表征并测量。通过与理论模型和三坐标测量仪的对比分析,表明该系统测量精度在平面和深度方向上的误差均在±0.5%以内,具有测量准确、快速、操作简单等优势,对生产质量管控具有重要的作用和意义,也为非规整面的测量提供了一种可行有效的方法。An automatic measurement system based on 3D vision technology was developed to solve the problems of complex surface shape of screw element in extruder,physical wear and chemical corrosion.In this system,the depth image was collected by the binocular structured light camera with the cooperation of two manipulators.Based on the greedy projection triangulation algorithm,the point cloud model of the screw element was transformed into the surface model.The local defects and complex shape of the screw element were characterized and measured by the machine vision algorithm.Compared with the theoretical model and CMM,it shows that the measurement accuracy of the system is within±0.5%in the plane and depth direction,which has the advantages of accurate measurement,fast measurement and simple operation.It plays an important role in the production quality control and provides a feasible and effective method for the measurement of irregular surface.
