摘 要:为了实现车载空调压缩机无位置传感下全速度范围运行,研究了一种针对车载空调压缩机的全速度控制策略。在低速和零速下,为解决启动不平稳、电机易过流等问题,采用I/F电流闭环方式实现电机的快速平稳启动。在中高速下,为解决传统滑模观测存在高频抖振、位置精度低等问题,采用基于PLL的自适应滑模观测器进行位置估算,在低速和中高速模式切换过程采用Sigmod连续切换函数,实现平稳切换过渡。通过Simu⁃link仿真结果,验证了该控制策略的有效性。In order to realize the full speed range operation of the vehicle air conditioning compressor without position sensor,a full speed control strategy for the vehicle air conditioning compressor was studied.At low speed and zero speed,in order to solve the problems such as unstable start-up and motor easy over-current,I/F current closed-loop mode to realize the fast and stable start-up of motor was used.In order to solve the problems of high frequency chattering and low position accuracy in traditional sliding mode observation at medium and high speed,the adaptive sliding mode observer based on PLL was used to estimate the position,and Sigmod continuous switching function was used in the mode switching process to realize the smooth transition.The simulation results of Simulink verify the effectiveness of the control strategy.
