摘 要:磁力传动技术研究与应用越来越广泛,为获得大间隙驱动系统的主动磁极空间磁场的分布规律,提高大间隙磁力驱动力,以“T”型电磁体为研究对象,采用了ANSYS分析软件,计算了NS、SS、SN、NN四种状态的磁感应强度大小及其分布规律。对空间磁场进行了实验测定,发现其空间磁场磁感应强度分布规律曲线的仿真值与实测值重合度很高,说明采用ANSYS软件建模的正确性,通过仿真和实验找出了耦合距离、通电电流大小、线圈匝数等因素对磁感应强度的影响规律,得到了该类型电磁体作为主动磁极时与永磁转子在空间的最佳安装位置在主动磁极正上方偏两磁极对称中心线(即Y轴)5~10 mm处,为轴流式血泵等从动件获得最大的驱动力提供了可靠的依据。The research and application of magnetic drive technology is more and more extensive.In order to obtain the spatial magnetic field distribution law of the active magnetic pole of the large gap drive system and improve the large gap magnetic drive force,taking the"T"type electromagnet as the research object,the ANSYS analysis software was used to calculate the magnetic induction intensity and its distribution law in NS,SS,SN and NN states.Through the experimental measurement of the space magnetic field,it was found that the simulation value of the distribution curve of the magnetic induction intensity of the space magnetic field coincided with the measured value very well,which showed the correctness of the ANSYS software modeling.Through the simulation and experiment,the influence law of coupling distance,current size,coil turns and other factors on the magnetic induction intensity was found.It is found that the best installation position of the type of electromagnet in space with the permanent magnet rotor is above the active magnetic pole,which is 5~10 mm away from the symmetrical center line of the two magnetic poles(Y-axis).It provides a reliable basis for the axial-flow blood pump and other driven parts to obtain the maximum driving force.
