摘 要:移动式高架起重机被广泛应用于集装箱码头、散货码头和件杂货码头等,是一款多用途起重机。从产品设计实际出发,针对吊钩工况下64t-40m高架起重机变幅系统进行设计,得到关键技术参数;对机构进行设计优化,建立系统力学模型,详细分析其工作过程中的受力情况,确定优化设计变量范围及其初值,达到理想的优化效果,计算分析钢丝绳夹角及变幅油缸受力情况,提供完整变幅系统设计方案,为产品设计提供理论依据。Mobile overhead crane is widely used in container terminal,bulk cargo terminal and general cargo terminal,and is a multi-purpose crane.Based on the actual product design,the luffing system of 64 t-40 m overhead crane under hook condition was designed,and the key technical parameters were obtained.The mechanism was designed and optimized,the system mechanics model was established,the stress in the working process was analyzed in detail,and the optimal design variable range and its initial value were determined to achieve the ideal optimization effect.The angle of the steel wire rope and the force of the luffing cylinder were calculated and analyzed to provide a complete design scheme of the luffing system and a theoretical basis for product design.
