摘 要:在电梯系统中,轿底平台是承受载荷的关键部件,而关键承重部件的力学性能是保证电梯正常、安全、可靠、高效运行的重要因素。为对轿底平台进行力学分析和合理优化,建立了轿底平台及轿架的参数化整体模型,采用数值分析的方法,利用ANSYSWorkbench有限元分析软件,分析了轿底平台在电梯实际运行过程中各种工况下的应力分布及应力大小,分析结果显示轿底平台结构强度满足材料的许用应力,且仍有很大裕量。根据有限元分析计算结果,合理优化轿底平台成型槽钢的结构尺寸。数值模拟结果表明,在确保轿底结构强度设计的安全可靠性的前提下,可降低轿底的质量,从而提高使用材料的经济性,进一步降低了电梯的采购制造成本。The car platform is the key load-bearing part inthe elevator system,and its structural strength is critical factor to ensure the safe,reliable and efficient riding of the elevator.In order to carry out mechanical analysis and reasonable optimization of car platform,the whole parameterized model of the car platform and the car frame was established,then the stress distribution and stress size of the car platform under various working conditions were analyzed by using the CAE simulation method and ANSYS Workbench.The analysis result shows that the structural strength of the car platform meets the allowable stress of the material,and there is still a large margin.According to the results of finite element analysis,the structural size of the formed channel steel of the car bottom is optimized.The simulation result shows that under the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of the structural strength of the car bottom,the weight of the car bottom is reduced and the material is saved,so as to improve the economy of the material and reduce the cost of the elevator.
