限速器-安全钳的检验方法和案例分析

摘　　要：电梯的正常运行一般需要八大系统相互合作,才能保证其安全运行。其中,安全保护系统中的限速器-安全钳可以促使电梯在超速下行时减速至停止或达到安全值内,因此,限速器的检验是一个非常重要的项目,检验员必须按照检规要求进行检验。介绍了限速器-安全钳的工作原理及检验方法,并列举了限速器失效导致的限速器-安全钳联动试验失效的案例,分析了案例中的缺陷和带来的影响。最后介绍了限速器可能出现的一些失效现象,为检验时提供了参考。The normal operation of the elevator generally requires the cooperation of eight systems to ensure its safe operation.Among them,the speed limiter safety gear in the safety protection system can make the elevator decelerate to stop or reach the safe value when it is speeding down.Therefore,the inspection of the speed limiter is a very important project,and the inspector must carry out the inspection according to the inspection regulations.The working principle and inspection method of the speed limiter-safety gear were introduced,and the case of the speed limiter-safety gear linkage test failure caused by the failure of the speed limiter was listed,and the defects in the case and the impact caused by the limitation were analyzed.Some possible failure phenomena of the speed limiter were introduced,which provided a reference for the inspection.
