摘　　要：随着Android智能手机的快速普及,基于Android的各类APP层出不穷,极大地方便了人们的生活、学习和工作。人们的需求促进了APP市场的更新发展。本应用在Android环境下基于OCR文档扫描与语音阅读技术开发的记事本APP。通过Android Studio开发平台,采用了SQLite数据库,TTS语音服务,OCR工具等技术,极大地增强记事本的实用性。本应用除了拥有记事本所具有的基础功能外,还有对事件的分类功能、文档扫描功能、语音阅读功能等,使用户拥有更好的使用体验。With the rapid popularity of Android smart phones,various android-based apps emerge one after another,greatly facilitating people’s life,study and work.People’s needs promote the updated development of the APP market.This application is a notepad APP developed in the Android environment based on OCR document scanning and voice reading technology.Through the development platform of Android Studio,SQLite database,TTS voice service,OCR tools and other technologies are adopted to greatly enhance the practicability of notepad.This application has not only the basic functions of notepad,but also the classification function of events,document scanning function,voice reading function,etc.,so that users have a better use experience.
