摘 要:通过熔融共混法,将右旋聚乳(PDLA)引入到扩链聚乳酸(PLLA)体系中,研究了不同含量PDLA诱导形成的立构复合晶(Sc晶)对共混体系的流变行为和发泡行为的影响。在此基础上,引入聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),研究其对Sc晶形成的影响,以及引入PTFE后共混体系的流变行为和发泡行为。结果表明,PTFE含量为0.5%时显著提高了Sc晶的含量;Sc晶的形成提高了熔体强度,促进了泡孔成核,有效改善了PLLA的发泡性能,形成了微纳复合泡孔。This paper focused on the effects of stereoscopic composite(Sc)crystals induced by PDLA on the popularity and foaming behavior of the PLLA/PDLA blends.Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)was introduced into the blends as a synergist.The effect of PTFE on the formation of Sc crystals was investigated,and the rheological and foaming behav‐iors of the blends were also studied.The results indicated that the content of Sc crystals was significantly increased when 0.5 wt.%PTFE was incorporated.The formation of Sc crystals improved the melt strength,promotes the cell nucle‐ation of the blends.This effectively improved the foaming performance of PLA,resulting in the formation of the micro/nano‐sized composite cells.
