摘 要:为探索青海藜麦种质资源的遗传多样性,本研究利用47份青海藜麦种质资源,对其13个农艺性状进行测定,并进行遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明:47份藜麦种质资源具有丰富的遗传多样性,变异系数为16.39~71.93,其中千粒重的变异系数较小,单株产量、单株总重的变异系数较大,遗传多样性指数为1.17~2.05;相关性分析发现,13个农艺性状之间相互影响与制约,其中主茎直径、单株总重、经济系数和千粒重与单株产量呈极显著正相关(P <0.01),主成分分析将13个农艺性状简化为4个主成分,累计贡献率为85.70%;有效穗数与有效分枝数呈极显著正相关(P <0.01);聚类分析发现,当欧式距离为55时,47份藜麦种质资源可以被划分为5类,表明所收集的藜麦种质资源遗传差异大,亲缘关系远。本研究结果可为青海藜麦种质资源创新利用和新品种选育提供理论基础。In order to explore the genetic diversity of Chenopodium quinoa Willd. germplasm resources in Qinghai,13 agronomic characters of 47 samples of Chenopodium quinoa Willd. germplasm resources are determined in this paper. In addition,genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis are also carried out. The results show that 47 samples of Chenopodium quinoa Willd. germplasm resources have rich genetic diversity with the variation coefficient ranging from 16. 39 to 71. 93,among which the variation coefficient of 1 000-grain weight is small,the variation coefficient of yield per plant and total weight per plant is large. The variation index of genetic diversity ranges from 1. 17 to 2. 05. Correlation analysis shows that 13 agronomic characters are influenced by each other. The diameter of main stem,total weight per plant,economic coefficient and 1000-grain weight are positively correlated with the yield of single plant( P < 0. 01).13 agronomic characters are simplified into 4 principal components by principal component analysis with the cumulative contribution rate of 85. 70%;the effective panicle number is significantly positively correlated with effective branch number( P < 0. 01). Cluster analysis shows that 47 germplasm resources can be divided into 5 groups when the Euclide distance is 55,which indicates that the collected germplasms have great genetic differences. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the innovative utilization of Chenopodium quinoa Willd. germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties in Qinghai.
