摘  要:鉴于目前低温固化粉末涂料难以解决反应活性、贮存性与高流平性兼顾的问题,结合半结晶聚酯的性能特点,在粉末配方中引入一定量的半结晶聚酯制备超低温固化粉末涂料。结果表明,半结晶聚酯的引入明显改善了粉末的抗结团性。固化行为分析表明粉末涂料具有较低的表观活化能;DSC等温(120℃)固化曲线显示,固化时间为4min时,涂料的固化程度超过90%,6min时固化程度接近100%。固化后涂膜具有较佳的流平性能和抗冲击性能。In view of the current low temperature curing powder coatings cannot solve the problem of reactivity,storage and high leveling,combined with the performance characteristics of semi crystalline polyester,a certain amount of semi crystalline polyester was introduced into the powder formulation to prepare ultra-low temperature curing powder coating.The results show that the introduction of semi crystalline polyester can obviously improve the anti agglomeration property of the powder,and the analysis of curing behavior shows that the powder coating has low apparent activation energy.DSC isothermal(120℃)curing curve showed that the curing degree of the coating was more than 90%when the curing time was 4 min,and the curing degree was close to 100%when the curing time was 6 min.The cured film has better leveling performance and impact resistance.
