摘  要:通过设定不同的交联工艺条件——不同的热水浴温度、不同的热水浴时间、自然放置于室内与室外以及浸水后并立即放入70℃的烘箱烘烤5h,考察对硅烷交联聚乙烯的影响。利用热延伸实验表征实验结果;测定了交联前后的红外光谱变化、拉伸强度以及断裂伸长率;利用DSC与TGA分别表征了交联前后的结晶温度与热稳定性。结果表明,随着热水浴温度的提升和热水浴时间的增加,硅烷交联聚乙烯交联效果越来越好;90℃热水浴2h,热延伸的伸长率达到60%,永久变形率为0%;置于室外的硅烷交联聚乙烯的交联效果比室内的好;浸水并立即放入70℃的烘箱烘烤5h后交联效果差;红外光谱验证了交联反应的发生;交联前与交联后的拉伸强度由19.1MPa增加至24.5MPa,伸长率由733%降低至609%;DSC表明交联后的结晶温度比交联前的低,TGA表明交联后的热稳定性比交联前的要好。The influence of silane crosslinked polyethylene was investigated by setting different crosslinked process conditions among different hot bath temperature,different hot bath time,naturally placed indoors and outdoors,and immediately put into the oven at 70℃ for 5 h after soaking.Thermal elongation experiment was used to characterize the experimental results.The change of infrared spectrum,tensile strength and elongation were measured before and after crosslinking.By DSC and TGA,the crystallization temperature and thermal stability were characterized before and after crosslinking separately.The results showed that silane crosslinked polyethylene has better crosslinking effect with the increase of hot water bath temperature and hot water bath time.At90℃ hot water bath for 2 h,the elongation of therrmal extension was 60% and the permanent deformation rate was 0%;Cross-linking effect of the silane crosslinked polyethylene placed outdoors was better than that of the indoor.The cross-linking effect was poor after soaking and immediately put into the oven at 70℃ for 5 h.Infrared spectrum verifies the occurrence of cross-linking reaction.The tensile strength before and after crosslinking increased from 19.1 MPa to 24.5 MPa,and the elongation decreased from 733% to 609%.D SC indicated that the crystallization temperature after crosslinking was lower than that before crosslinking,and TGA indicated that the thermal stability after crosslinking was better than that before crosslinking.
