摘  要:研究乙氧基化双酚A二甲基丙烯酸酯(BPA_(2)EODMA)对厌氧胶热稳定性、热强度和其他性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着BPA_(2)EODMA用量的增加,厌氧胶的热稳定性增加,当BPA_(2)EODMA添加量为30%时,厌氧胶的起始分解温度由原来220℃提高到了270℃;200℃烘箱老化96h后,厌氧胶剪切强度保持率仍然在80%以上,耐高温性良好。当添加量为25%~35%时,厌氧胶的热稳定性、热强度、储存稳定性和扭矩综合性能最好。The effects of BPA_(2)EODMA on the thermal stability,thermal strength and other properties of anaerobic adhesive were studied.The experimental results showed that the thermal stability of the anaerobic adhesive increased with the increase of BPA_(2)EODMA dosage.When the amount of BPA_(2)EODMA was 30%,the initial decomposition temperature of the anaerobic adhesive increased from 220℃to 270℃.After 96 hours of aging at 200℃,the shear strength retention rate of the anaerobic adhesive was still above 80%,and the high temperature resistance was good.The thermal stability,thermal strength,storage stability and torque are the best when the additive amount is 25%~35%.
