摘 要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,金尾矿为硅源制备MCM-41分子筛,将合成的2-羰基丙酸异烟酰腙(H_(2)L)修饰在MCM-41分子筛上制备出2-羰基丙酸异烟酰腙功能化MCM-41分子筛(H_(2)L/MCM-41)。采用红外光谱法、XRD和热重分析对酰腙功能化MCM-41进行了表征。采用紫外可见分光光度法测试了酰腙功能化MCM-41分子筛吸附尾矿废水中的Ni^(2+)性能,考察了吸附时间、吸附剂用量、Ni^(2+)的初始浓度、温度对吸附效果的影响,同时对吸附过程进行了热力学和动力学拟合。结果表明:当吸附时间为80min,吸附剂用量为40mg,Ni^(2+)初始浓度为40mg/L,吸附温度为50℃,最佳去除率为92.3%;H_(2)L/MCM-41对Ni^(2+)的吸附过程更符合准二级反应模型,化学吸附占主导地位。MCM-41 molecular sieves were prepared with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as template agent and gold tailings as silicon source.The functionalized MCM-41 molecular sieves(H_(2)L/MCM-41)were prepared by modifying 2-carbonylpropionic acid isonicotinylhydrazone(H_(2)L)on MCM-41 molecular sieves and were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,XRD and thermogravimetric analysis.The adsorption properties of H_(2)L/MCM-41 to Ni^(2+)were studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.The effects of the adsorption time,adsorbent dosage,initial concentration of Ni^(2+)and temperature on the adsorption properties were investigated.The thermodynamic and kinetic models of the adsorption process were also fitted.The results showed that when the adsorption time was 80min,the amount of adsorbent was 0.04g,the initial concentration of Ni^(2+)was 40mg/L,and the adsorption temperature was 50℃,the removal rate can reach to 92.3%.The adsorption process of Ni^(2+)on H_(2)L/MCM-41 was more consistent with the quasi second order reaction model,and chemical adsorption was dominant.
