摘  要:通过单一添加增粘剂和复合添加增粘剂的方法制备了篮球架用硅橡胶胶粘剂,考察了增粘剂类型和添加量对硅橡胶胶粘剂力学性能和粘接性能的影响。结果表明,相较于未添加增粘剂的试样,添加增粘剂硫化后试样的抗拉强度都有不同程度的提升,含有环氧基团的增粘剂C对硅橡胶胶粘剂性能提升的效果最为明显,这与增粘剂中环氧基团可以与金属发生交互作用而提升粘接强度有关。硅橡胶胶粘剂中增粘剂C适宜的添加量为质量分数2.0%,适宜的固化温度为150℃、固化时间为60min。Silicone rubber adhesive for basketball stand was prepared by adding single tackifier and composite tackifier.The effects of tackifier type and amount on mechanical properties and adhesive properties of silicone rubber adhesive were investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength of the vulcanized silicone rubber adhesive was improved to some extent by adding the tackifier.The tackifier C containing epoxy group had the most obvious effect on improving the properties of silicone rubber adhesive,which was related to the interaction between epoxy group and metal.The suitable amount of tackifier C in silicone rubber adhesive was 2.0%(wt.),the suitable curing temperature was 150℃and the curing time was 60 min.
