石油炼化厂含油破乳污水絮凝剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：分析天津炼厂原油的基本物性得出该原油属于轻质低粘度低硫环烷-混合基原油。对炼化厂提供破乳后的含油污水的最佳工艺条件,进行探讨,结果表明不同胺类的聚合物去油效果受其粘度影响较大,这类聚合物与其他阳离子聚合物相比,其特点是水溶性好、正电荷密度高、分子结构容易控制、不与水中氯化物反应,可广泛应用于原油水处理方面。The basic physical properties of crude oil in Tianjin refinery show that the crude oil is light low viscosity low sulfur cyclane-mixed crude oil.To discuss the best process conditions for oil-containing wastewater provided in the refinery,the results show that the polymer oil removal effect of different amines is greatly affected by its viscosity.Compared with other cation polymers are characterized by good water soluble,high positive charge density,easy molecular structure,no reaction with water chloride,which can be widely used in crude oil water treatment.
