摘 要:钛合金材料通过融合其他材料性能优势,实现定制化需求有效结合,为扩大钛合金合成材料应用领域创造有利条件。热压烧结技术作为先进性烧结技术,能够实现在更短时间内生成钛合金颗粒,从而获得性能更强的复合材料。文章首先对钛合金种类、组织性能等基础因素进行概述;其次,对比当前用于钛合金材料制备的三种工艺,得出最佳钛合金生成与改性工艺为锻造法;再次,通过性能对比,分析真空热压烧结工艺优势特征与应用领域;最后,以代表性中频热压烧结设备为例,阐明设备内部结构与力学性能强化机理。Titanium alloy can integrate the performance advantages of other materials to realize the effective combination of customized requirements,and create favorable conditions for expanding the application field of titanium alloy synthetic materials.As an advanced sintering technology,hot pressing sintering technology can achieve the formation of titanium alloy particles in a shorter time and obtain more powerful composite materials.Firstly,this paper summarizes the basic factors such as titanium alloy types,microstructure and properties;secondly,by comparing the three processes currently used for the preparation of titanium alloy materials,it is concluded that the best titanium alloy generation and modification process is forging method;thirdly,through the performance comparison,the advantages and application fields of vacuum hot pressing sintering process are analyzed;finally,taking the representative intermediate frequency hot pressing sintering equipment as an example,the paper illustrates internal structure of equipment and mechanical properties strengthening mechanism.
