摘  要:Y波导器件的调制非线性引起波形斜度误差,进而影响光纤陀螺标度因数性能,特别是小角速率下的测量精度。重点分析了由Y波导调制非线性引起的波形斜度误差及其对小角速率下光纤陀螺性能影响的机理,并通过抑制Y波导器件高阶非线性电光效应减小波形斜度误差。实验验证结果表明,减小波形斜度误差能够有效抑制小角速率与大角速率标度因数差异,可将光纤陀螺死区由0.3(°)/h减小到0.1(°)/h以内,进而提升光纤陀螺小角速率性能。The modulation nonlinearity of Y-waveguide device causes the waveform slope error, which in turn affects the performance of fiber optic gyroscope(FOG) scale factor, especially the measurement accuracy at small angular rates. In this paper, Y-waveguide modulation nonlinearity causes the waveform slope error and effect on the performance of FOG at small angular rates are analyzed. Meanwhile, by suppressing the high-order nonlinear electro-optical effect of Y-waveguide, the waveform slope error is reduced. The experiment results show that the difference of scale factor between small angular rate and large angular rate could be effectively suppressed by reducing waveform slope error, which could reduce the dead zone of FOG from 0.3(°)/h to below 0.1(°)/h, thereby improving the performance of FOG at small angular rates.
