摘 要:氢气可掺入天然气管道中进行混合输送,在节省巨额管道建设费用的同时实现氢气大规模输送,混氢天然气还可改善燃烧特性,降低碳排放,具有重要的工程应用价值。系统分析了天然气管道掺氢输送涉及的关键技术,结合国内外天然气管道掺氢输送应用现状和产业发展趋势,认为在城市燃气管网掺氢有望成为较早产生商业价值的技术路径。建议加强掺氢后管道相容性、氢脆机理等关键核心技术攻关,完善相关标准,推动天然气管道掺氢输送规模化应用,助力中国氢能产业高质量发展。Hydrogen can be blended into the natural gas pipeline for transportation,so as to realize large-scale hydrogen transportation while saving huge pipeline construction costs.Hydrogen compressed natural gas can also improve combustion characteristics and reduce carbon emissions,which has important engineering application value.This paper systematically analyzes the key technologies involved in the pipeline transportation of hydrogen compressed natural gas,and points out that the hydrogen-blended transportation in natural gas pipelines is expected to be an early technical path to produce commercial value based on its application status and industrial development trend at home and abroad.In this paper,it is suggested to strengthen the research on key core technologies such as the pipeline compatibility and hydrogen embrittlement mechanism,and improve relevant standards,so as to promote the large-scale application of hydrogen-blended transportation in natural gas pipelines and contribute to the high-quality development of China's hydrogen energy industry.
