摘  要:碳素钢和中低合金钢日常生产中需要检测多达10余种元素,往往不同牌号钢种中各元素含量范围相差较大,目前各大钢铁公司在线检测主要采用火花放电原子发射光谱法,利用人工对检测设备进行校正,一方面受生产计划及人员技能水平制约,另一方面校正耗时较长,不能满足高效、准确的现代化冶炼技术要求。实验通过优化标准化样品,采用原始校准曲线法替代类型标准化,利用自动校正程序校正火花放电原子发射光谱仪标准曲线。经过生产检验验证,校准曲线按照预先设定周期自动校正后判定结果,不受检验人员技能影响,且各钢种均采用持久曲线法,不需要对不同钢种进行区分,不受生产计划制约。6台火花放电原子发射光谱仪校正时间由原来的6h减少到1.5h。经过生产检验验证方法满足GB/T 4336—2016精密度及正确度验证要求,能够应用在钢铁行业在线自动检测过程中。During the routine production of carbon steel and middle-low alloy steel,more than 10 elements should be detected.The content range of elements in steels with different grades usually has great difference.Big steel companies mainly adopt spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry for the online detection of carbon steel and middle-low alloy steel.The testing equipment is corrected artificially.On the one hand,it is restricted by the production plan and personnel skill level.On the other hand,the artificial correction is time-consuming,which cannot meet the efficient and accurate requirements of modern smelting technology.In experiments,the original calibration curve method was used to replace type standardization by optimizing the standardized sample.The calibration curve of spark discharge atomic emission spectrometer was corrected by automatic calibration program.Through production inspection and verification,the calibration curve was automatically corrected according to the preset period for judgement of measurement results.It was not affected by the skill of inspectors.Moreover,each steel used endurance curve method,so the discrimination of various steels was not required and it was not restricted by the production plan.The correction time of six spark discharge atomic emission spectrometers reduced from the original 6 h to 1.5 h.The production inspection and verification indicated that the proposed method could meet the precision and accuracy requirements of GB/T 4336-2016.It was applicable for the online and automatic testing in iron and steel industry.
