摘　　要：根据《兽用疫苗生产企业生物安全三级防护标准》(农业部公告第2573号)、《生物安全实验室建筑技术规范》(GB 50346-2011)和《实验室生物安全通用要求》(GB 19489-2008)对于生物安全三级检验用动物房的要求,结合某医院工程实例详细介绍了其生物安全三级检验用动物房空调系统形式、空调负荷计算方法、新风量确定方法以及新风处理过程,并阐述了其温度、相对湿度、压力梯度的自控方法及节能措施。According to the requirements for biosafety level-3 test animal room from the Ministry of Agriculture No.2573“Standard for biosafety level-3 of veterinary vaccine manufacturer”,“Architectural and technical code for biosafety laboratories”,and“Laboratories-General requirements for biosafety”.Combining with a project example,the article presents the form of the air conditioning system,the calculation of the load,the determination method of outdoor air and air handling progress in detail.Elaborates the method of automatic control for temperature humidity and pressure gradient and presents the relevant energy saving measures.
