摘　　要：介绍了负压隔离病房的核心要素,并对负压隔离病房存在的问题和风险进行了分析;基于新冠肺炎患者救治需要,按照国家现行规范对负压隔离病房机械通风系统进行改造,通过两套机箱内安装有高效过滤器、紫外线消毒装置和电动密闭阀的排风机系统在线互为备用,提高系统的安全性和可靠性,保障医疗和环境安全,对新冠肺炎疫情下的负压隔离病房机械通风系统的设计和建设有一定的参考意义。This article introduces the core elements of the negative pressure isolation ward,and analyzes the pontential problems and risks of the negative pressure isolation ward.Based on the requirement for medical treatment of COVID-19,the mechanical ventilation system of the ward was updated in accordance with the current national regulations.Through two sets of exhaust fan systems installed in the chassis with high efficiency filter,ultraviolet disinfection device and electric closed valve with one backup and one in-use,improve the safety and reliability of the system,to ensure the safety of the medical environment and have certain reference significance for the design and construction of the mechanical ventilation system of the negative pressure isolation ward under the COVID-19 pandemic circumstance.
