摘　　要：“两个大局”是中国与世界协同演进关系的一体两面。从全球生产格局变动、国际权力结构调整、国际制度建设变迁、国际价值观念体系演变等四重维度来看,中国的复兴既得益于对世界秩序的高度融入,也是当前世界秩序转型的重要变量。世界百年未有之大变局为中华民族伟大复兴既创造了战略机遇,也带来了现实挑战。中国必须稳固与世界的协同演进关系,防范“脱钩”危机,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家创造和平的发展环境。在国内层面,应当持续推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,增强自身战略承载力;在国际层面,应当继续推动人类命运共同体建设,增进世界秩序的稳定性。同时,还应提升中国共产党的领导能力,将国际挑战与外部压力转化为国家建设的内在动力,探索中国特色现代化之路。The"two overall situations"are the two sides of the synergistic evolution of the relationship between China and the world.From the four dimensions of global production pattern change,power structure adjustment,institution building change,and value system evolution,China's rejuvenation benefits from a high degree of integration into world order,and is also an important variable in the current transformation of the world order.The unprecedented changes in the world have created strategic opportunities for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also brought about crises and challenges.China must guard against"decoupling"from the world,continue to maintain a synergistic evolutionary relationship with the world,and create a peaceful development environment for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist state.In this regard,at the domestic level,we should continue to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity and enhance our own strategic carrying capacity;at the international level,we should continue to promote the building of a community of human destiny and enhance the stability of world order.At the same time,the leadership of the Communist Party of China should be enhanced to transform international challenges and external pressures into internal motivation for national construction and explore the path of modernization with Chinese characteristics.
