摘 要:高速热流传感器广泛用于航空、航天、爆炸场等领域的热流密度测试,时间常数为传感器重要动态特性参数之一。传统测试方法仅能测试时间常数几百毫秒的热流传感器,无法满足未来高速热流传感器的测试需求。系统采用光纤输出半导体激光器作为辐射热流源,输出阶跃辐射信号通过微透镜光斑均匀化光学系统作用于高速Gardon计敏感面,利用信号调理电路和采集系统实现热流计输出信号的高速采集。系统响应时间为μs级,能够产生MW/m2级热流信号。完成了GD-B4-50K、GD-B4-200K和GD-D0-5M三种型号的辐射热流传感器动态测试,测得时间常数分别为0.199 s、0.521 s、0.052 s。可以有效解决航空飞行、航天再入等领域的辐射热流传感器测试难题。The heat flux is measured widely using the high speed heat-flux gauges in aviation, aerospace and other fields. The traditional methods are suitable for the heat-flux gauges with a time constant of several hundred milliseconds, which cannot meet the requirements of the high speed heat-flux gauges in the future. The optical fiber output semiconductor lasers are used as the radiation heat flux source in the system. The step radiation signal acts on the sensitive surface of high speed Gardon gauges through the micro-lens array beam homogenization optical system. And the output signal is acquired rapidly using conditioning circuit and the acquisition system. A few megawatts heat flux can be produced by the system with the response time of several milliseconds. Three types of GD-B4-50 K,GD-B4-200 K and GD-D0-5 M heat-flux gauges are calibrated using the system. The time constants are 0.199 s, 0.521 s and 0.052 s respectively. The problems of the measurement of radiant heat-flux gauges can be solved effectively in aviation, aerospace reentry and other fields.
