摘 要:宽域氧传感器(UEGO传感器)是一种基于极限电流型氧传感器为基础的高温宽领域测氧传感器.本文主要以国产宽域氧传感器作为研究对象,提出了基于此类氧传感器基础上实现高温湿度测量的机理及设计方案,并通过一系列实验对该传感器的输出特性及各项参数进行了研究,实验结果证明该传感器在高温湿度环境下可以实现对湿度的线性测量,并具有很好的迟滞特性,从而为后续在高温恶劣环境中的应用提供了依据,为自主研发新型高温湿度传感器进行了初步的尝试,也可供国内其他高温湿度测量系统设计参考.Universal exhaust gas oxygen(UEGO)sensor is a kind of wide range oxygen detectable device which based on limit current mechanism and can be used in high temperature environment.In this paper,a high temperature humidity measuring method is proposed based on domestic UEGO sensor and the sensing mechanism is discussed.The output characteristics and parameters of the sensor are studied via a series of experiments.The experimental results imply that the sensor can achieve linear measurement of humidity in high temperature humidity environment and has good hysteresis characteristics.It provides a basis for the subsequent application in high temperature and harsh environment,and makes a preliminary attempt to develop a new type of high temperature and humidity sensor,which can also be used for the design of other high temperature and humidity measurement systems in China.
