摘　　要：文章总结了王耀光教授运用疏利三焦针法合汤药治疗功能性尿潴留的临床经验,首先阐述了尿潴留的中西医病因病机及分类,然后介绍了王教授从三焦辨证论治功能性尿潴留的学术思想,重点论述了疏利三焦针法的理论基础及其应用范围,最后分享了王教授运用疏利三焦针法配合汤药治疗功能性尿潴留验案2则。The article summarizes Professor WANG Yaoguang’s experience of treating functional urinary retention with regulating qi of sanjiao acupuncture combined with decoction.Firstly,the pathogenesis and classification of urinary retention in Chinese and Western medicine were expounded.Then we introduced the theoretical basis and application scope of regulating qi of sanjiao acupuncture,and finally 2 cases of WANG Yaoguang’s application of regulating qi of sanjiao acupuncture combined with decoction in the treatment of functional urinary retention were shared.
