平乐正骨骨质疏松症药物内外治法及案例浅析

摘　　要：文章详细阐述了平乐正骨骨质疏松症内治法与外治法的用药原则方法,并结合案例进行了浅析。平乐正骨创建了“整体与局部并重、内治与外治并举、治本与治标兼顾”的辨证用药三原则,在骨质疏松症的治疗中使用内治法与外治法结合的方法,达到内服补肾强筋健骨,外用祛风通络、健骨止痛的功效,治疗方法特色鲜明,疗效确切。举证案例以洛阳正骨近年来接诊较多的病例进行了详细分析,体现了辨证施治的特点,为骨质疏松症中医临床用药提供了参考。The treatment and the principle of the Pingle orthopedics and osteoporosis internal therapy drugs were described combined with cases.Pingle orthopedics and osteoporosis has established the three principles of syndrome differentiation and medication of“equal emphasis on the whole and part,internal and external treatment,and both the root cause and the symptoms”.In the treatment of osteoporosis,the combination of internal treatment and external treatment was used.In order to take orally to nourish the kidney and strengthen muscles and bones,and externally use the effect of promoting blood circulation,dredging collaterals and relieve pain.And this method hadobvious curative effects and distinctive characteristics.The cases were supplied which were analyzeddetailedin the hospital and reflected the features with syndrome differentiation treatment.And it provided a reference for clinical medication in orthopaedics and traumatology department.
