摘　　要：外伤性嗅觉障碍是指头部受到外伤后发生的嗅觉障碍,嗅觉障碍严重影响生活质量,甚至导致心理障碍。临床西医以抗炎消肿等对症治疗为主,疗效不甚明显,因此需要更加有效的治疗手段。付于主任根据中医理论,结合自身临床经验,使用皮部浅刺法治疗外伤性嗅觉障碍并取得了良好的疗效。皮部浅刺安全性高,能减少针刺不良事件的发生,值得临床推广。Post-traumatic olfactory dysfunction(PTOD)refers to the olfactory disorder that occurs after the head is traumatized.Olfactory disorders seriously affect the quality of life and even lead to psychological barriers.In clinic,Western medicine mainly treats symptoms such as anti-inflammation and detumescence,the effect is not obvious,so more effective treatment is needed.According to traditional Chinese medicine theory,Director FU Yu has applied a wealth of clinical experience and used the shallow needling at sheath method to treat PTOD and achieved good results.Shallow needling at sheath is safe and can reduce the occurrence of adverse events of acupuncture,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
