摘　　要：使用芳基亚磺酸钠作为含硫结构单元,基于串联自由基磺酰化/环化/异构化反应,在I_(2)促进下空气中与N-炔丙基吲哚反应合成了一系列2-磺酰化9H-吡咯并[1,2-a]吲哚衍生物。该方法可经一步反应同时构建一个C-C键和一个C-S键,而且所用原料容易获得,反应条件较温和,底物适用性广泛。Synthesis of 2-sulfonylated 9 H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]indole derivatives by tandem radical sulfonylation/cyclization/isomerization is described,which use sodium arylsulfinates as sulfur-containing building block to react with N-propargylindoles in the presence of I_(2)under air atmosphere.The protocol has the advantages of readily available starting materials,mild reaction conditions,wide substrate scope and the ability to construct C-C bonds and C-S bonds simultaneously.
