散瞳验光配镜联合弱视治疗在混合性散光弱视患儿中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察散瞳验光配镜联合弱视治疗在混合性散光弱视患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2018年2月—2020年1月收治的92例混合型散光弱视患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例)。对照组行散瞳验光配镜治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行弱视治疗,治疗1年后,比较两组疗效、两组屈光度及调节敏感度。结果:治疗后1年,观察组总有效率95.65%高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年,两组屈光度较治疗前降低,观察组屈光度较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年,两组单眼、双眼调节敏感度较治疗前升高,观察组调节敏感度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:散瞳验光配镜联合弱视治疗混合性散光弱视患儿可提升疗效,降低屈光度,改善调节敏感度。Objective To observe the effect of mydilated optometry combined with lens in the treatment of amblyopia in children with mixed astigmatism amblyopia.Methods A total of 92 children with mixed astigmatism amblyopia admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with mydilated optometry with glasses,and the observation group was treated with amblyopia on the basis of the control group.After 1 year of treatment,the efficacy,refraction and adjustment sensitivity of the two groups were compared.Results One year after treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 95.65%higher than that of control group(80.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after treatment,the diopter of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the diopter of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after treatment,monocular and binocular regulation sensitivity of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with mixed astigmatism amblyopia with mydilated optometry combined with amblyopia can enhance the efficacy,reduce the diopter and improve the sensitivity of regulation.
