摘 要:目的分析男童矮小症与睾丸容积的相关性.方法选取2018年1月—2020年11月江门市新会区妇幼保健院男童矮小症患儿68例作为矮小症组,并以1:1配比选取同期机体发育正常儿童68例作为健康对照组,对比2组睾丸容积均值和矮小症组不同年龄、身高、体质量患儿睾丸容积均值,分析男童矮小症患儿年龄、身高、体质量和睾丸容积均值的相关性.结果矮小症组睾丸容积均值低于健康对照组(P<0.05);不同年龄患儿睾丸容积均值对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),年龄12岁患儿睾丸容积均值明显大于年龄5~11岁的患儿(P<0.05);不同身高患儿睾丸容积均值对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),身高141~150 cm患儿睾丸容积均值明显大于身高100~140 cm的患儿(P<0.05);不同体质量患儿睾丸容积均值对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),体质量51~60 kg患儿睾丸容积均值明显大于体质量20~50 kg的患儿(P<0.05).Pearson分析结果显示,男童矮小症患儿年龄(r=0.546)、身高(r=0.613)、体质量(r=0.597)和睾丸容积均值呈正相关(P<0.05).结论与身高和机体发育正常儿童相比,男童矮小症患儿的睾丸容积均值较低,但患儿年龄越大、身高越长、体质量越高睾丸容积均值越大,可作为可靠的辅助诊断方法,指导临床早期干预.Objective To analyze the correlation between male dwarfism and testicular volume.Methods 68 children with dwarfism in our hospital from January 2018~November 2020 were selected as dwarfism group,And the healthy control group was 68 children with normal body development at the same time,Comparing the mean testicular volume and the mean testicular volume of children with different age,height and body mass in the two groups,To analyze the correlation between age,height,body mass and mean testicular volume in children with dwarfism.Results The mean testicular volume in dwarf group was lower than that in healthy control group(P<0.05);Comparison of mean testicular volume in children of different ages,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The mean testicular volume of children aged 12 years was significantly larger than that of children aged 5~11 years(P<0.05);Comparison of mean testicular volume in children with different height,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The mean testicular volume of 141~150 cm was significantly larger than that of100~140 cm(P<0.05);Comparison of mean testicular volume in children with different body mass,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The mean testicular volume of 51~60 kg children was significantly larger than that of 20~50 kg(P<0.05);Pearson analysis shows,There was a positive correlation between age(r=0.546),height(r=0.613),body mass(r=0.597)and mean testicular volume(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with children with normal height and body development,the mean of age,height,body mass and testicular volume were positively correlated,and the mean of testicular volume was lower.
