泪道探通联合人工鼻泪管植入术治疗复杂性泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨泪道探通联合人工鼻泪管植入术治疗复杂性泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效.方法将兴宁市人民医院2018年4月—2019年9月间收治的58例复杂性泪道阻塞患者作为研究对象,均给予泪道探通联合人工鼻泪管植入术治疗,观察治疗效果及并发症情况.结果58例患者冲洗泪道结果均通畅,症状改善总有效率为94.83%,并发症总发生率为6.90%,皆自行或经对症处理后消失.结论对复杂性泪道阻塞性疾病患者采用泪道探通联合人工鼻泪管植入术治疗,可以取得较为满意的治疗效果,且不良反应较轻,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the curative effect of lacrimal passage probing combined with artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation in the treatment of complicated lacrimal duct obstructive diseases.Methods Fifty-eight patients with complex lacrimal duct obstruction admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were taken as the research subjects.They were all treated with lacrimal passage probing combined with artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation,and the treatment effects and complications were observed.Happening.Results The results of flushing the lacrimal duct in 58 patients were unobstructed,the total effective rate of symptom improvement was 94.83%,and the total incidence of complications was 6.90%.All of them disappeared spontaneously or after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Lacrimal passage probing combined with artificial nasolacrimal tube implantation for patients with complicated lacrimal duct obstructive diseases can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects,with less adverse reactions,lower incidence,safe and effective,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
