摘　　要：目的探究含rhBMP-2带骨膜自体颅骨瓣在颅骨修补术中的应用效果.方法回顾性分析2018年6月—2019年6月上饶市广丰区人民医院、吉安市中心医院收治、完成治疗及随访的43例行颅骨修补术治疗患者的临床资料,修补材料为含rhBMP-2带骨膜自体颅骨瓣.对患者术后进行3~9个月随访,评估患者骨愈合情况及术后并发症.结果本组患者治疗优良率为95.35%(41/43).颅骨成活与原骨窗融合43例,手术切口感染1例,给予清创再次缝合后治愈;皮下积液1例,给予用注射器抽除后加压包扎后吸收.结论含rhBMP-2带骨膜自体颅骨瓣在颅骨修补术中的应用效果较好,能够很好地解决颅骨吸收消融问题,降低并发症发生率,值得推广.Objective To explore the application effect of autologous skull flap containing rhBMP-2 with periosteum in cranioplasty.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 43 patients who completed the treatment and follow-up who were admitted to Guangfeng District People’s Hospital and Ji’an Central Hospital in Shangrao City from June 2018 to June2019 and required cranioplasty.All patients received skulls For repair surgery,the selected repair material is an autologous skull flap containing rhBMP-2 with periosteum.The patients were followed up for 3-9 months after surgery to evaluate the bone healing and postoperative complications.Results 43 cases of skull survival and fusion of the original bone window,1 case of surgical incision infection,were cured after debridement and re-suturing,1 case of subcutaneous effusion,which was absorbed with a syringe after pressure bandaging.Therefore,all patients’complications after treatment have been effectively alleviated after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion The rhBMP-2 autologous skull flap with periosteum is effective in the application of cranioplasty,which can improve the treatment status of patients undergoing skull repair.The addition of rhBMP-2 autologous skull flap with periosteum can solve the problem of skull resorption and ablation.To reduce the incidence of complications,it is worthy of popularization and application.
