摘  要:针对南水北调引江水净水气浮工艺排泥水特点,进行了斜管混凝沉降浓缩性能、药剂投加量、水力负荷、固体负荷、排泥量和PAM絮凝浓缩脱水投加量、比阻的试验研究,并优化确定了工艺参数。结果表明,三氯化铁和活化硅酸组合混凝处理能显著改善斜管浓缩池排泥水的脱水性能,沉降斜管浓缩池最大水力负荷为3.0 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h),最大固体负荷为6.1 kg/(m^(2)·h)。经阴离子PAM絮凝浓缩后,比阻进一步降低。According to the characteristics of sludge water discharged from the air flotation process for treatment of the South to North Water Diversion Project water,the experimental studies on the performance of inclined tube coagulation sedimentation concentration,dosage of chemicals,hydraulic load,solid load,sludge discharge,dosage of PAM flocculation concentration dehydration and specific resistance were carried out,and the process parameters were optimized.The results showed that the combined coagulation treatment of ferric chloride and activated silicic acid could significantly improve the dewatering performance of sludge water discharged from inclined tube concentration tank.The maximum hydraulic load of inclined tube concentration tank was 3.0 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h),and the maximum solid load was 6.1 kg/(m^(2)·h).After flocculation and concentration by anionic PAM,the specific resistance further decreased.
