摘　　要：针对变电站10kV电容开关频繁动作导致的机构缺陷增多的问题,文中以VS1型真空断路器为例,通过统计分析VS1型真空断路器机构的缺陷及其危害,针对其常见缺陷,从VS1型真空断路器的工作原理出发,总结并制定了一套VS1型真空断路器机构检修策略,为检修人员提供检修指导,提升检修效率,降低电容开关故障率。Action for 10 kv substation capacitor switching frequently leads to increase in the number of institutional defect problems,the paper takes VS1 vacuum circuit breaker as an example,through the statistical analysis of type VS1 vacuum circuit breaker mechanism defect and its harm,for the common defects,starting from the working principle of type VS1 vacuum circuit breaker,summarized and developed a set of VS1 vacuum circuit breaker maintenance strategy,providing maintenance guidance to maintenance personnel,improving maintenance and efficiency,reducing the capacitance switch failure.
