摘　　要：文章介绍了SF 6气体的特性及微水超标的危害,针对一起GIS设备微水超标的案例,对微水超标的原因进行了分析,并详细介绍了缺陷处理方法及过程,同时提出了预防措施。The characteristis of SF 6 gas and harmfulness of super-standard micro-water content are presented in the paper.In view of the case of super-standard micro-water for the GIS equcpment,analyze the cause of super-standard micro-water and detail treatment method and process.Finally put forward preventive measure.
