摘  要:该文提出一系列双输入双Buck脉冲电压单元,进一步提出三相双输入航空静止变流器拓扑族。该拓扑族无桥臂直通风险,可以四象限工作,同时实现一个电压周期内负载的五电平输出,有效地减小了谐波含量。该文详细分析拓扑族的四象限工作模态,提出适用于该拓扑族的双载波自适应调制策略,并建立拓扑族的数学模型,推导基于小信号模型的传递函数,进行系统电压-电流双闭环参数设计、动态性能分析等研究。实验结果说明,该文提出的双输入双向脉冲电压单元、拓扑族结构、调制策略具有可行性,验证了三相航空静止变流器数学模型、传递函数、参数设计的正确性,以及系统在负载变化时的快速响应能力。A set of dual-input bi-direction pulsating voltage source cells are proposed,and dual-input three-phase aeronautical static inverter topologies are further presented.The topology family has no risk of short-through in bridge,can work in four quadrants,and realizes five-level output within one voltage cycle,effectively reducing harmonic distortion.The configuration mechanism,operation modes of new topologies in four quadrants are analyzed in detail,and the adaptive carrier-based modulation strategy applicable for the topologies is shown in this paper.Then,the mathematical expressions and the transfer function based on the small-signal models are derived.Also,the voltage-current dual-loop control method,the parameters design,and the dynamic response are discussed in the paper.Consequently,experimental results show that the dual-input bi-directional pulsating voltage source cells and topology family are feasible and correct,verify that the modulation method,transfer function and parameter designs are reasonable,and demonstrate that dynamic performance while load changing is acceptable.
