摘  要:为了使用干法改性淀粉得到适用于高支毛纱上浆用的氨基甲酸酯淀粉浆料,针对烘箱法反应效率不够理想的问题,用尿素和玉米淀粉、加入氯化铵催化剂,利用捏合机制备了反应效率较高的氨基甲酸酯淀粉。对催化剂、反应温度、反应时间、尿素用量等进行了单因素分析,通过正交试验设计得出影响因素的主次顺序。通过红外光谱测试、扫描电镜和固体核磁碳谱分析,确定酯化反应的有效进行及改性前后淀粉结构变化。对高支澳毛单纱进行上浆,对浆纱前后纱线性能进行测试分析,得出较低取代度的氨基甲酸酯淀粉对于高支毛纱上浆是可行的。In order to obtain carbamate starch size suitable for high count yarn sizing by using dry modification,and to solve the problem of low reaction efficiency of oven method,carbamate starch with higher reaction efficiency was prepared by using urea and corn starch,ammonium chloride catalyst and kneading machine.The single factor analysis on catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time and urea dosage was carried out,and the order of influencing factors was obtained through orthogonal experiment design.The effect of esterification reaction and the change of starch structure before and after modification were analyzed by infrared test,scanning electron microscope analysis and solid state 13 C NMR spectrum analysis.By sizing high count pure Australian wool single yarn and analyzing the yarn properties before and after sizing,it is concluded that carbamate starch with lower substitution degree is feasible for sizing high count wool yarn.
