摘  要:高压电抗器箱沿螺栓过热是威胁电抗器安全运行的因素之一。本文分析了引起电抗器箱沿螺栓过热问题的可能原因,通过对某海上风电场海上升压站电抗器箱沿螺栓过热实例的分析,正确判断出螺栓过热的原因并提出有效的解决方案,消除了螺栓过热的问题,最后总结了类似变压器、电抗器箱沿螺栓过热问题的处理方法。The overheating of bolts along the high voltage reactor tank edge is one of the factors that threatens the safety of reactor operation.This paper analyzes the possible causes of overheating of bolts along the reactor tank edge.Through the analysis of an example of overheating bolts along the reactor tank edge in a substation of an offshore wind farm,the cause of overheating of bolts is correctly judged and an effective solution is put forward,which finally eliminates the problem of overheating of bolts.Finally,the treatment of problems similar to overheating bolts of a transformer’s or a reactor’s tank edge is summarized.
