摘 要:针对科研单位实验过程中,潜藏着诸如爆炸、着火、中毒、灼伤、触电等事故发生的诸多可能性,介绍了作业条件危险性分析法(LEC法)的基本概念、常见的危险源辨识和风险评价方法。以某化工企业的研究所为例,通过运用作业条件危险性分析法(LEC法)从危险化学品的储存、装置发生火灾爆炸的危险性、实验过程和作业环境4个方面对存在的常见危险源进行辨识,进而确定不同等级的安全风险,然后采取有效措施加以控制,最终实现安全无事故的目标。因此,在科研单位进行项目研究全过程中运用LEC法开展危险源辨识有广泛的现实意义和推广价值。In view of the possibility of accidents such as explosion,ignition,poisoning,burning and electric shock in the experimental process of scientific research institutions,the basic concept of LEC method,common hazard identification and risk assessment methods are introduced.Taking the research institute of a chemical enterprise as an example,the common hazards are identified from the storage of dangerous chemicals,the risk of fire and explosion of the device,the experimental process and the working environment by using the LEC method,and then the safety risks of different levels are determined,and then effective measures are taken to control them,and finally the goal of safety and accident-free is realized.Therefore,using LEC method to carry out hazard identification in the whole process of project research has a wide range of practical significance and promotion value.
