自然保护地建设的创新性研究

摘　　要：我国自然保护地经历了70年的发展,逐渐形成了完善的建设体系,也建立了相应的法律法规对其进行规制,但我国自然保护地在建设过程中还存在一些问题。针对存在的问题,指出创新自然保护地建设模式是自然保护地体系不断发展和完善的必然要求,并从建立体系完整的自然保护地法律构架、整合优化各类自然保护地、拓宽公众参与渠道3个方面提出自然保护地建设模式新思考。After 70 years of development,China’s nature reserves have gradually formed a complete construction system and established corresponding laws and regulations to regulate it.However,there are still some problems in the construction process of China’s nature reserves.In response to existing problems,this paper points out that innovating the construction model of nature reserves is an inevitable requirement for the continuous development and improvement of nature reserve system,and puts forward new thinking on the construction mode of nature reserves from three aspects:establishing a complete legal framework of nature reserves,integrating and optimizing various nature reserves,and broadening public participation channels.
