摘 要:[目的]分析毛竹林不同生长期毛竹冠层叶片碳、氮、磷含量的变动特征,揭示毛竹在生长发育过程中各阶段冠层叶片的光合固碳作用与对土壤氮、磷元素获取利用能力的差异。[方法]分别采集毛竹林一度竹、二度竹、三度竹的冠层叶片,测定有机碳、全氮、全磷含量,并分析碳、氮、磷含量的变动情况。[结果]2019年7-9月,二度竹冠层叶片有机碳含量在8月最高,为505.62 mg/g,一度竹冠层叶片有机碳含量在10月最低,仅350.21 mg/g;三度竹冠层叶片全氮含量在11月最低,仅13.70 mg/g,二度竹冠层叶片全氮含量在12月最高,达23.38 mg/g;三度竹冠层叶片全磷含量在10月最低,仅0.83 mg/g,二度竹冠层叶片全磷含量在11月最高,为1.63 mg/g。7-12月,一度竹冠层叶片有机碳、全氮、全磷含量与二度竹、三度竹均无显著差异。一度竹和二度竹对土壤中氮元素有显著的倾向性获取,三度竹子对土壤中氮、磷元素获取有极不稳定的倾向性。[结论]毛竹冠层叶片碳、氮、磷含量在毛竹不同生长期存在着一定程度的变动但不存在极显著性差异。[Objective]The aim was to analyze the characteristics of the variation in the carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus contents of the leaves of Phyllostachy edulis canopy at different growth stages,and reveal the differences between photosynthetic carbon fixation and the acquisition and utilization capacities for soil nitrogen and phosphorus elements in canopy leaves of Phyllostachy edulis at all stages of growth and development.[Method]The canopy leaves of first-degree,second-degree and third-degree of Phyllostachy edulis were collected,and the contents of organic C,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus were measured,respectively,and the variations of the contents of carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus elements were analyzed.[Result]From July to September of 2019,the organic carbon content in the canopy leaves of the second-degree reached the highest value in August,which was 505.62 mg/g,and the lowest value was 350.21 mg/g in October;the total nitrogen content in the canopy leaves of the third-degree was the lowest in November,which was 13.70 mg/g;the total nitrogen content was the highest in December,which was 23.38 mg/g;the total phosphorus content in the canopy leaves of the third-degree was the lowest in October,which was 0.83 mg/g;the total phosphorus content of the second-degree was the highest in November,which was 1.63 mg/g.From July to December,there was no significant difference between the contents of organic carbon in the canopy leaves of the first-degree,the second-degree,and the third-degree.There was no significant difference of content phosphorus in the canopy leaves of the first-degree,the second degree and the third degree.The first-degree had a significant tendency to obtain nitrogen in soil,the second-degree had a significant tendency to obtain nitrogen in soil,and the third-degree had a very unstable tendency to obtain nitrogen and phosphorus in soil.
