摘 要:为评估辛硫磷对天敌昆虫白蛾周氏啮小蜂的安全性,在室内条件下,通过药膜法测定辛硫磷对小蜂的安全性,并检测亚致死浓度胁迫下,小蜂乙酰胆碱酯酶、羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性变化。药膜法进行毒力分析表明,辛硫磷对白蛾周氏啮小蜂具有明显的触杀毒性,属高风险性农药。亚致死浓度辛硫磷即可明显抑制小蜂乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,同时提高其羧酸酯酶与GST酶活性。辛硫磷对白蛾周氏啮小蜂毒性极高,在生物防治区域需慎用。To evaluate the safety of phoxim on Chouioiacunea(Yang),the safety of phoxim to C.cunea was determined by toxic film method,and the acetylcholine esterase,carboxyesterase and glutathione-S-transferase activities of C.cunea were detected under the stress of sublethal concentration.The results showed that phoxim had obvious cytotoxicity to C.cunea,which was a high-risk pesticide.The AchEactivity of C.cunea was inhibited and the CarE and GST activity of C.cunea was increased at the sublethal concentration.Toxicity of phoxim in C.cunea was extremely high,and it should be used with caution in biocontrol areas.
