摘  要:为实现黄河河南测区各类业务数据的整合与共享,提出一种以水文基础信息数据为依托,满足各类水文数据的查询、合理性审查、统计分析及防汛决策等业务的综合管理与应用的总体设计方案,并对其进行功能实现。使用微软C#开发语言、SQL Server数据库及Layui前台框架等技术,以智慧水文站为单元,建立集成数据查询、审查、统计分析及防汛决策等业务构成的一体化数字集成平台。通过项目的实施,将分散的水文数据进行深度融合,实现河南测区自下而上的数据互联互通。河南黄河水文信息综合平台在黄河河南测区2 a的运行情况表明:该平台可为黄河河南测区的测验人员实时分析上下游水情变化、把握测验时机、指导测报工作提供有效快速的技术支撑。In order to realize the integration and sharing of various business data in Henan survey area of Yellow River,this paper puts forward an overall design scheme based on basic hydrological information data,which can meet the query,rationality review,statistical analysis and flood control decision-making of various hydrological data,and realize its function.Using Microsoft C#development language,SQL Server database,Layui foreground framework and other technologies,taking“smart hydrological station”as an unit,an comprehensive digital integration platform is established,which integrates data query,data review,data statistical analysis,flood control decision-making and other businesses.Through the implementation of the project,the scattered hydrological data are deeply fused to realize the bottom-up data interconnection in He'nan survey area.The two-year operation conditions of He'nan Yellow River comprehensive hydrological information platform in He'nan survey area of Yellow River show that the platform provides effective and fast technical support to the testers in He'nan survey area of Yellow River.They can real-timely analyze upstream and downstream hydrological changes,grasp test opportunity,and guide monitoring and reporting work.
