摘　　要：糖尿病是一种代谢性疾病,由于胰脏无法生产足够的胰岛素,或者是细胞对胰岛素不敏感而导致不同的糖尿病类型,包括1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病及其他类型的糖尿病。随着糖尿病的发展,最终导致全身微循环障碍而致使并发症发生,包括糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病周边神经病变、糖尿病足以及心血管疾病。本研究进一步对糖尿病的预防和治疗提出了对策,为患者提供系统的糖尿病认知。Diabetes is a metabolic disease in which the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin,or the cells are insensitive to insulin,leading to different types of diabetes,including type 1 diabetes,type 2 diabetes,gestational diabetes,and other types of diabetes.With the development of diabetes,it eventually leads to the occurrence of complications of systemic microcirculation disorders,including diabetic retinopathy,diabetic nephropathy,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,diabetes and cardiovascular disease.This study further proposed countermeasures for the prevention and treatment of diabetes,and provided patients with systematic diabetes cognition.
