摘  要:苏州地铁5号线方洲公园站〜星塘街站区间盾构下穿星天桥拔桩区及新建箱涵区,施工中通过盾构下穿桥梁设置试验段摸索盾构掘进参数,通过更换盾构的盾尾刷,优化调整掘进参数,采用速凝型浆液、预埋注浆管的特殊管片、及时二衬补浆、土体加固注浆、信息化施工等措施,解决了盾构通过时的下沉、盾尾间隙的下沉和后续下沉问题,桥梁及地表监测数据表明上述措施合理可行。During the construction of Suzhou Metro Line 5 from Fangzhou Park Station to Xingtang Street Station shield tunneling underneath the Xingtian Bridge pile-pulling area and the newly built box culvert area,test section of shield tunneling through the bridge is set to explore the parameters of shield tunneling,and by replacing shield tail brush of shield,optimization and adjustment of the tunneling parameters,use of quick-setting grout,special segment of embedded grouting pipe,timely refilling of the second lining,grouting of the soil reinforcement,and information construction,etc.,the problems of subsidence during shield passing,subsidence during the shield tail interval and subsequent subsidence have been solved.The monitoring data of the bridge and the surface show that the above measures are reasonable and feasible.
