摘　　要：乙唑螨腈是由沈阳中化农药化工研发有限公司创制的高效杀螨剂,原研单位对其进行了较为全面的专利布局,其他多家研发单位也提交了相当数量涉及乙唑螨腈的专利申请。从申请年份、申请人、保护对象等角度,探讨了乙唑螨腈的专利申请和保护现状,以期能为国内的研发单位在农药创制中的专利保护提供一定的帮助。Cyetpyrafen is a potent acaricide discovered by Shenyang Sinochem Agrochemicals R&D Co., Ltd., which has carried out a comprehensive patent layout for cyetpyrafen, and many other institutions and corporations have also submitted a large number of patent applications involving cyetpyrafen. From the perspective of time, applicants,object, etc., patent application and protection of cyetpyrafen is discussed, in order to provide some help for domestic research institutions in the patent protection of pesticide research.
