摘  要:[目的]探讨农药液体制剂原液直接给药与经配制后给药对大鼠急性经口毒性试验半数致死量(LD50)结果有无影响。[方法]按照霍恩氏法设计试验流程,采用原液法和配制法分别测定8种农药液体制剂大鼠急性经口毒性试验的LD50值,比较2种不同试验方法所获得的试验结果与毒性分级。[结果]8个受试物采用原液法给药后的LD50值结果均低于采用配制法给药的LD50值结果且存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中4个受试物的毒性分级出现跨级。[结论]农药液体制剂原液给药与经配制给药对大鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值结果有影响,甚至影响毒性分级。[Aims] This study aims to investigate the effect of direct administration of undiluted liquid pesticide preparation solution or after preparation on the results of LD50 in acute oral toxicity test in rats. [Methods] The test procedure was designed according to Hohn′ s method, the original solution method and the preparation method were used to determine the acute oral toxicity test LD50 of 8 pesticide liquid preparations in rats, and the test results and toxicity grade obtained by the two different test methods were compared. [Results] The results of LD50 of 8 test items administered by the original solution method were all lower than the results of LD50 administered by the formulation method, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05), among which 4 test items showed cross-grade toxicity grading.[Conclusions] The original pesticide solution administration and the formulation administration have influence on the LD50 results of acute oral toxicity test in rats, and even affect the toxicity grade.
