摘　　要：肝肾同源理论思想起源于《黄帝内经》,由明代医家李中梓在其著作《医宗必读》中提出,又称乙癸同源,是中医经典理论之一。肝肾同源是指肝肾的结构功能虽有差异,但其起源相同,生理病理功能关系密切,如"肝病治肾"、"肾病治肝"、"肝肾同治"等治疗法则均由此而生,其含义主要包括三个方面:(1)肝藏血、肾藏精,精聚为髓,精髓化生为血,精血相生,肝阴和肾阴互相滋养,肝肾同源相生。(2)肝肾同居下焦,共寄相火,而相火源于命门,故肝肾同源。(3)由于肝肾虚实密切相关,相互制约,相互影响,故治疗二脏疾病时,常常同时兼顾。本文总结了近年来发表的对于肝肾同源理论实质研究及临床应用的相关文献,从传统理论研究、现代医学理论研究、临床应用研究(肝肾病治疗、相关病治疗)等几个方面进行综述,为进一步探讨该理论本质、指导临床应用提供帮助。The theory of liver and kidney homology originated from Huang Di’s Canon of Internal Medicine,which was put forward by Li Zhongzi,a doctor in Ming Dynasty,in his book Yizong Bidu.It is also known as Yigui homology,which is one of the classic theories of traditional Chinese medicine.Liver and kidney homology means that although there are differences in the structure and function of liver and kidney,their origins are the same,and their physiological and pathological functions are closely related.For example,the therapeutic principles of"treating kidney by liver disease","treating liver by kidney"and"treating both liver and kidney"are derived from this.Its meaning mainly includes three aspects:(1)The liver stores blood and kidney stores essence,the essence gathers as marrow,marrow is transformed into blood,essence and blood grow together,liver yin and kidney yin nourish each other,and the liver and kidney grow together.(2)The liver and kidney live together in Xiajiao and send Xianghuo together,and Xianghuo originates from Mingmen,so the liver and kidney share the same origin.(3)Because the deficiency and excess of liver and kidney are closely related,restrict and influence each other,it is often considered at the same time in the treatment of two visceral diseases.This paper summarizes the related literature on the theoretical essence and clinical application of liver and kidney homology published in recent years,and reviews the traditional theoretical research,modern medical theory research,clinical application research(treatment of liver kidney disease,treatment of related diseases),etc.,in order to provide help for further exploring the theoretical essence and guiding clinical application.
