摘  要:介绍了钛/铝异种金属焊接特点,综述了近几年国内外钛/铝异种金属搅拌摩擦焊技术研究现状,包括搅拌摩擦焊工艺优化和开发新型复合搅拌摩擦焊方法。钛/铝异种金属通过搅拌摩擦焊实现了可靠连接,接头组织性能优异。最后,展望了钛/铝异种金属搅拌摩擦焊未来的研究方向。The characteristics of Ti/Al dissimilar metal welding was introduced,and it summarized the research status of Ti/Al dissimilar metal friction stir welding(FSW)technology at home and abroad in recent years,including the optimization of FSW process and the development of new composite FSW method.The Ti/Al dissimilar metals were connected reliably by FSW,and the microstructure and properties of the dissimilar joint were excellent.The future research direction of FSW of Ti/Al dissimilar metals was prospected.
